How do we keep the prices low?

The properties on this website are in several cases pre-foreclosure properties (firesales). We acquired these lands weeks before the owner would loose them to their bank because of defaulting on mortgage-payments. This offered the landowner the best option at that moment. By offering these lots 50- 70% under the market-value we pass-on the advantage of the low price to you as a buyer. This way we reduce the damage for the original owner as much as possible whilst giving you the opportunity to own a piece of high quality land for much less then you normally would pay. In some other cases we simply explained the seller that only with this pricelimit, sales would be possible.
